I bought an STi!!!!!

- 2005 Subaru Imprexa WRX STi
- 51k miles – Rather heavily Modded
- CN: 35R w/ meth – 440ish WHP - FAST!!
- Needs some TLC!!

Purchased in August of 2007 from a fine young lad in Winston-Salem NC. He has to live with an E36 M3 now so he isn’t too bad off.

It has some rather stout power – but boy do you have to wait for it. Here she is pretty much as new – warts and all.

I am a bit skeptical of all the interference I see in the engine bay - and I don't think she is quite ready to road race so I will doa fairly serious rebuild for 2008.

Also - It came w/ Tein Super S*** springs which are darn near the worst thing I could imagine - so those had to go right away. Myles to the rescue for a set of his T2’s.

I installed those and adjusted to Myles recomended street settings and now the car si at least livable to drive on the street. Next up is to get what I need to move forward.

Currently I am collecting parts and trying to clean up the engine bay.

I also have some new gauges - rear camber plates - and next up are some needed safety items.

I can’t wait to get this thing out at VIR!!!

Oh yeah - that got thrown in the weeds pretty darn fast. :)
